Our Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Lounge Doctor product, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the original invoice.

If you chose to return your item for a refund, please return the item to us using the carrier of your choice with a trackable shipping method.  If you would like for us to provide a shipping label for you, $10.00 will be deducted from your refund to help offset the cost of the return shipping label.

*PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE IN THE RETURN PACKAGE SO WE ARE ABLE TO PROCESS THE RETURN. 

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for your original your purchase price to your original form of payment.  Refunds are generally processed within 2-4 business days from the day we receive your package.
